This includes adding or editing content, blog posts, and products. Up to 2 hours per month on a standard plan.
Software Updates
We keep all plugins and software working on the site up to date with the latest versions to ensure the site is fully functional and safe from hackers.
Malware Protection and Removal
We set your website up with malware protection that constantly scans for malicious files and blocks hacking attempts. We also clean up any malicious code.
Website Maintenance Plan Terms of Service
By signing up for a Website Maintenance Plan with Bracha Designs, Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Service Scope

Maintenance plans include up to 2 hours of website work per month.

Unused hours do not roll over to future months.

Covered work includes:
-
Page edits, content updates, seasonal changes, and general maintenance.

Updates to WordPress core and installed plugins (excluding premium plugin license costs).
-
Malware scanning, firewall management, and monthly manual scans.

Services NOT covered:
-
New website functionality or features that did not previously exist.
-
SEO-related services (e.g., landing page creation, speed optimization, keyword optimization).

Work involving third-party software, external services, domain issues, or hosting providers.
-
Newsletter setup, migration to another hosting provider, or anything outside the website itself.
-
Backup services (client is responsible for backing up their website regularly).

2. Premium Plugins
-
If a premium (paid) plugin is used, the client is responsible for maintaining active licenses and covering any associated subscription fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Malware Protection
-
Malware monitoring and firewall protection will be installed.
-
Background malware scans are performed regularly, with a full manual scan done monthly.

A monthly report summarizing updates, malware scan results, and any identified issues will typically be emailed around the 1st of the month.
4. Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for maintaining active domain registration and website hosting.

Client must provide Bracha Designs with administrative access (secure username and password) for website maintenance purposes.

All edit and update requests must be submitted via email or phone.
-
Typical maintenance requests are completed within 3–4 business days, but timeframes are not guaranteed.
5. Billing and Overages

Any work exceeding the included 2 hours per month is billed at $100 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

Monthly plans must be canceled at least 10 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

6-month and annual plans are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Plans will auto-renew unless cancellation is requested in writing.
6. Liability and Disclaimers

Bracha Designs is not responsible for:
-
Data breaches, hacking, malware, ransomware, data loss, or hosting/domain issues.
-
Any damages or downtime resulting from third-party service failures or client negligence.
-

No security system is 100% foolproof. Client acknowledges all services are provided on a best-effort basis.

In any case, Bracha Designs’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for maintenance services in the preceding three (3) months.
7. Right to Modify Terms

Bracha Designs reserves the right to update or modify these terms with 30 days’ written notice.

Continued use of maintenance services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
